Our mission

Union Green is presented by real estate developer JJH3 Group and architects GCA, both local to the greater Milwaukee area. We strive to meet the challenges and demands of our city’s housing market, which is why we focused on building townhomes and a smaller apartment complex in an up-and-coming neighborhood like West Allis. We believe in creating livable and affordable rental units to expand the ever-growing urban living community in Southeastern Wisconsin.
